It starts with air whirling during which the humidity in the sauna is created with the aromatic birch water that fosters comfort and relaxation. When your body is warm enough, the capable hands of sauna masters take over as they massage you by gently “whipping” the birch scrubs across your back, stimulating your blood flow.
The programme is available Friday through Sunday and on holidays.
